🏡 Welcome to CŒURVERT!

For a thoroughly pleasant stay – a few lovingly meant tips

To ensure you and all other guests enjoy your time here to the fullest, we've put together a few simple but useful rules. With a wink, but also with the necessary seriousness. 😊

⏰ Arrive & depart – completely relaxed

Check-in: You can make yourself comfortable with us from 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: On your departure day, we ask you to say goodbye by 10:00 a.m. so that the next guests can also look forward to a nice, fresh home.

🚗 Parking – it’s better to park with consideration

Please park your vehicle so that there is enough space for three cars. A little consideration and order will help ensure everyone can arrive and depart in a relaxed manner.

♻️ Waste separation – for the sake of the environment

We know: It's not a favorite thing to do on vacation. But for the sake of nature, we can't do without it. ➡️ A short guide is posted right next to the trash can in the kitchen and also next to the bins at the entrance. Thanks for participating!

🧽 Cleaning supplies & Co. – in case something goes wrong

Upstairs, you'll find a cleaning cupboard with a floor mop, folding bucket, broom, and even spare bedding. Missing something? No problem—just let us know!

📶 Wi-Fi – online, but with nighttime quiet

Of course, there's free Wi-Fi. 🛏️ From 12:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., we're giving electrosensitive people (and maybe you too?) a digital break. Do you need internet during this time? Just let us know – we'll find a solution.

🚪 Main entrance – open & secure

The front door remains unlocked during the day – for security reasons and because we don't want to search for keys. 😉

🤫 Rest periods – nature needs a break too

Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:15 p.m.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please be considerate of other guests, animals, and the surrounding area. Thank you for your consideration.

🐾 Pets – with heart and rules

Pets are not allowed in the holiday accommodation itself. 💡 However, for €10 per day per pet, we are happy to care for your pet next door – by prior arrangement. (We have an unneutered female, so please let us know in advance! We also need time to prepare.)

🐓 Our animal roommates

Our animals are not self-service. 😄 Please do not feed them and keep your distance—no matter how cute they look. 🐐 For anyone interested, Stefan offers a personal tour of the project with animal contact—for a donation of €28 per hour.

💶 Payment – preferably in advance

Please transfer the total amount no later than 7 days before your arrival. You will find our account details in your booking confirmation.

🚭 Smoking – please only outside

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas – not even at an open window! Ashtrays are provided outside; please empty them regularly and return them to their proper place. This keeps the air fresh for everyone inside.

🌱 Sustainability – our heartfelt concern

We live here according to permaculture principles—not certified, but with complete conviction. That's why we provide you with eco-friendly care products and dish soaps—free of microplastics, silicones, or parabens, so our plant life doesn't suffer. 💧 The bottles are refillable, so please keep them with us.
