We trust that our guests will treat the accommodation and its contents with care. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask you to note the following:

• Missing Items If any items from our inventory (e.g. bath towels, shower towels, kitchenware) are missing after your departure, we reserve the right to invoice you for their replacement.
• House Rules & Respect We ask all guests to respect our house rules. In the event of serious violations, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• Smoking Policy Our guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. This includes smoking out of windows. If we detect that smoking has taken place inside, we will charge a cleaning fee of up to €100, depending on the effort required to restore the room.
