Cancellation policy

Because sometimes, life has other plans

When you book a stay with us, your reservation becomes official – and we’re genuinely happy to welcome you. At the same time, we understand that things don’t always go as expected. So here’s our cancellation policy: fair, clear, and with an open heart for special situations.

  • To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival, or can be paid on-site by arrangement.


If you need to cance:


  • Up to 30 days before arrival → We’ll fully refund your deposit.
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival → The deposit is non-refundable, but no further payment is required.
  • From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show → We kindly ask for the full amount, as we’re unlikely to rebook the accommodation at such short notice.

 That said: If we’re able to rent your accommodation to someone else during the same dates, we’ll gladly refund you as much as we can. Fairness goes both ways.

 We also recommend purchasing travel insurance, just in case unexpected changes affect your trip.
